Friends of Samuel Osgood - A Stamp for Sam

To petition the Citizen Stamp Advisory Committee to request that the US Postal Service produce a stamp to honor the memory of Col. Samuel Osgood, native son of North Andover Massachusetts, first Postmaster General of the United States and first president of City Bank of New York (1812), the precursor of Citibank.
